Ingredients of Creamy Berry Oats Bowl

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 2 strawberry
  • honey as required
  • 4 tablespoon almond milk

For Garnishing

  • 2 pieces tangerine

Step 1 Wash the berries To begin with this easy and tasty recipe, wash the berries and keep them aside. In the meantime, take rolled oats in a bowl and add 1 tbsp melted butter, almond milk and mix it well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2 Beat the hung curd Meanwhile, take a large bowl and add hung curd and add 1/2 tsp vanilla essnece and using a whisker, beat the mix and once it foamy, add 2 tbsp honey to add a sweet touch to the dish.

Step 3 Assemble the dish Assemble the dish, to the bowl of rolled oats, add the foamy hung curd on one side along with strawberries, raspberries and tangerine slices to garnish. Add more honey and enjoy a delicious and crunchy oats breakfast.
